If you select "Ship Pickup" as the shipping method for your order, your item(s) will be available for pickup in the onboard merchandise store on the second day your next ASK4 cruise. Please indicate the name and dates of your next ASK4 cruise in the comments section during checkout. You must present your identification and purchase receipt in order to claim your merchandise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for up to 30 days from the original order shipment date. All returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. No refunds will be issued for returns beyond 30 days of the order shipment date.

We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US.
